On day 1 I eat 1 capsule. Nothing happened, not booster my stamina and sex drive. Tomorrow morning I take 2 capsules. But in the evening, my heart bit up to 95 per second, usually 75. My tension up to 135/95. Normally it is 110/75. But I find it difficult to have an erection. No effect. Totally bad for my body. I decide not to use it again. Useless.
