Written By : David J. Grossklaus   ✓ Fact Checked

VitaPulse is a supplement sold by Princeton Nutrients that promises to lower stress, give you more energy, improve memory, decrease body fat, and prevent heart attacks.

(Last Updated on November 5, 2022)

Heart diseases claim the life of 1 in every 4 individuals every year.

It is still the leading cause of death among Americans.

High levels of oxygen radicals in the body are associated with cardiovascular diseases.

The antioxidant enzymes produced in the body are not enough to protect it from free radicals on their own.

Studies have shown that you can help the body neutralize free radicals through increasing the intake of antioxidants in the diet.

Due to this, the market has been flooded with the production of various supplements that claim to help reduce oxidative stress.

We chose to look into one that is surrounded by a lot of hype: VitaPulse.

VitaPulse is a supplement that aims to improve and protect cardiovascular health as well as lower the levels of cholesterol through advanced antioxidant support.

But does it really work?

We sought to shed light on this product in our VitaPulse review below.

What Is VitaPulse

VitaPulse is an antioxidation supplement that comprises of an excellent formula that claims to:

  • Prevent cellular damage by free radicals.
  • Reduce heart inflammation.
  • Enhance cellular energy.
  • Increase glutathione(antioxidant enzyme) production.
  • Relieves anxiety and enhances sleep.
  • Lessens joint stiffness and pain.
  • Alleviate muscle soreness and aches.

It is produced by Princeton Nutrients LLC, based in California.

It was designed by Dr. Arash Bereliani, the company’s research director.

He is a Board –Certified Cardiologist famous for using personalized approaches to treat cardiac conditions.

The company first takes you through a 20-min video that shows a little bit of statistics and history of heart diseases stating that VitaPulse is the ideal solution in preventing cell oxidation and an increase of LDL levels (LDL is the ‘bad’ cholesterol).

They insist that this product is ideal for individuals with a healthy heart.

It is not to be used as a cure for those with existing heart conditions.

VitaPulse Ingredients

ingredients

The manufacturer claims to achieve results using a combination of three active ingredients.

Coenzyme Q10

Amount: 100mg

CoQ10 enhances the mitochondrial function providing cells with energy.

It is an antioxidant that increases metabolism.

A 2018 study showed that CoQ10 improved blood vessel health by 42% lowering the risk of cardiovascular diseases by 13%.

Additionally, a different study showed that supplementation of CoQ10 reduced levels of CRP and IL-6, substances that increase inflammation in the body.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)

Amount: 250mg

NAC acts as the main precursor to glutathione; it increases levels of glutathione, which neutralizes free radicals.

NAC is an antioxidant that lowers homocysteine levels that cause heart diseases and prevents stroke.

Additionally, it is known as an effective cancer prevention element.

Multiple studies show the benefits of NAC in cardiovascular health.

Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ)

Amount: 10mg

PQQ is a common antioxidant which promotes brain and nerve health as well as cancer and heart protection.

It helps in the rejuvenation of mitochondria in cells and prevents mitochondrial myopathy which leads to strokes and heart attacks.
Additionally, it reduces heart issues and the size of damaged areas.

PQQ is a strong nootropic element, that’s why it is used in a small dosage.

There isn’t much research supporting claims on this chemical. A 2015 study conducted among Japanese adults showed that PQQ reduced LDL cholesterol and uric acid levels.

VitaPulse Side Effects

VitaPulse has no serious risks to the user.

Many users seemed to tolerate it well.

However, it made some feel jittery; this was backed up by Lynn p. Vasquez-Rizzo.

Here is what she wrote on Amazon.

I received Vitapulse last week and took as prescribed. I felt jittery and “speedy”, especially at night. My heart felt as if it was beating faster than normal as I tried to fall asleep. My sleep was also impacted as I was in a very light sleep & woke up frequently. Vitapulse is a $50 waste.

Always consult your physician first before taking the supplement, especially if you have a medical condition or you are under certain medications.

VitaPulse Reviews & Complaints

vitapulse real users reviews

This supplement has received many reviews, mainly positive remarks.

It has 1045 customer reviews on Highya, with 94% saying they would recommend it.

The overall rating is 4.5 stars out of 5 stars.

Here is what some users had to say.

Let’s start with the positive ones.

Betty Chaney witnessed reduced blood pressure.

Here is what she wrote on Highya.

I have been using VitaPulse for approximately two months now. Recently, I had a visit to my primary physician and to my cardiologist. My blood pressure, which has a tendency to be high, was 132/80 and 132/86. I was very happy with these results. I also recently changed my hairstyle and received a lot of compliments saying I looked younger. I had attributed it to the hairstyle, but it has now occurred to me that it may be due to VitaPulse and improvements in my facial appearance.

Some clients recommended this product because it gave them positive results as seen through Jenelle Bloom comment on Highya.

I have only been taking VitaPulse for a few months and am blown away by the results. My blood pressure was not high, to begin with, but has gotten even lower since starting Vita Pulse.

[…] my pulse has dropped below 90bpm for the first time since I can remember. I was told I have SVT more than a decade ago, despite not having any symptoms other than rapid heart rate. Prior to starting VitaPulse, my heart rate averaged anywhere between 110-120bpm. I have not seen it below 90bpm …

Kellee McComber added:

Life has been really busy these last few months, but I seemed to be able to maintain my energy levels even though I am getting less sleep. The only thing I can attribute the change to is taking VitaPulse.

However, to some users, this supplement was disappointing and did not yield results.

Adam complained of negative results from VitaPulse and referred to it as a scam product.

Here is what he reported on Highya:

It has worsened my case. I had a blood test work around 10/06/2016 and here were my LabCorp numbers:

Cholesterol total: 254

Triglycerides: 570

HDL (good cholesterol): 29

Here are his results after using the supplement…

On 1/27/2017, I had my follow-up blood test (also with LabCorp) and here are the numbers.

Cholesterol total: 275

Triglycerides: 967

HDL (good cholesterol): 24

This is a scam medicine, it does not work […] has been nothing but be a waste of money and time, and above all of them my health and my body.
