Many of us have struggled to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. With the booming supplements industry, dietary supplements have become routine for many.
Today we focus on TruFix, a product that promises to support blood chemistry, manage weight and maintain every system in the body.
But, will it help you lose some pounds?
This TruFix review sheds more light on what it is, its ingredients, how it works and if it has weight loss benefits.
Let’s get started.
What Is TruFix?
TruFix is a dietary supplement that alleges to be a revolutionary weight management product. It maintains optimal blood chemistry, controls weight and promotes well being.
It is made by Truvision Health, a multi-level marketing company based in Draper, Utah.
The manufacturer claims that it maintains a normal range of blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
It comes in both capsule and powder form.
But does it promote weight loss? Let’s look at the ingredients below to find out.
Ingredients
TruFix contains some pretty good ingredients, but we noticed they come in a proprietary blend. This means that the company does not disclose the dosage of each ingredient.
Let’s dig deeper.
How Does TruFix Work?
TruFix claims to maintain optimal blood chemistry, support a healthy weight and help you feel your best.
It contains natural extracts that support the normal functioning of the entire body system and optimize blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Some ingredients lower fat storage, help burn fat and control hunger cravings while others regulate blood sugar levels, and increase energy levels.
This helps to boost weight loss and promote a healthy body.
However, there is insufficient evidence to support weightloss claims.
How To Use It?
You should take two capsules of TruFix, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
The manufacturer recommends combining TruFix with TruControl.
Are There Any Side Effects?
TruFix contains plant extracts that are well tolerated; the manufacturer does not mention any side effects.
However, we did our research and here are some Trufix potential side effects.
- High blood pressure
- Increased heart rate
- Insomnia
- Headache
- Nausea
- Constipation
- Upset stomach
- Vomiting
Some users experienced side effects; here is what one user had to say.
This stuff made me so sick rapid heartbeat and vomiting for hours. I tried on two separate occasions thinking I may have had a stomach virus the first time, but had the same reaction both times. Do not recommend.
Is TruFix A Scam?
TruFix is not a scam.
Truvision is a reputable company; there is no lawsuit against the company or Trufix.
However, in 2017, the FDA issued a notice to Truvision on violating the Current Good Manufacturing Practice and the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
The company was warned on selling supplements as drugs.
Truvision made the recommended changes and are in compliant with FDA requirements.

Here are some TruFix reviews.
Let’s start with the positive ones.
Kymberly Bridges writes:
For me, it’s a great appetite suppressant, make sure you take it before breakfast and then before lunch. It helps keeps you conscious of the food choices you make. I do feel a little “get up and go” but not the crazy jitters. Consistency is key and you WILL see results within 2-3 weeks!
Samantha says:
It’s day 3 for me and so far so good. It definitely curbs your appetite. When I feel hungry, I immediately get turned off of food. I’m not getting that burst of energy but I’m not losing energy either. I have experienced that nausea when I first take the pills but I’ve been told and to move around and drink a lot of water and that definitely makes nausea go away! I’d recommend it.
How about negative reviews?
Sheena Alston reports:
Does not work, cannot cancel auto-shipments as the number listed on the website is not in service. Have to file claims through my bank. Posted on their Facebook and they deleted my comment asking for help because they only want others to see the good reviews. Beware of this shady company!!! Even if the product had worked, not worth the price or hassle with a shady company. But it made me feel horrible and did not work, used for 40 days exactly as instructed and no loss at all.
Phyl adds:
If I could give this a zero I would!!! Be careful with this product!!! I have intense bowel pain and constipation! I drink tons of water (that’s all I drink) and even laxatives aren’t helping. After talking to the rep, I got it from she informed me this could be a problem. She said her mother didn’t have a bowel movement for 2 weeks, but then it was fine. In my opinion, 2 weeks without a bowel movement doesn’t sound healthy, and I wouldn’t want anyone to go threw the pain I am experiencing. I would not suggest this product to anyone! I don’t personally like talking about things like this in public, but it’s just that bad!

Pros and Cons
TruFix Review: Should You Buy It?
TruFix is more of a health supplement than a weight loss product; it improves your general health, lowers blood sugar, increases energy and reduces cholesterol levels.
However, as a weight loss product, TruFix lacks clinical evidence. Some of the ingredients that are purported to help burn fat have insufficient and inconclusive results.
Moreover, Trufix causes side effects in some users, which may jeopardize your health system.
It does not have a money-back guarantee, and you should return the product in a marketable condition within 30 days for a 90% refund if you are unhappy with the supplement.
If you are looking to burn fat, consider some well backed fat burners.
