Time to see whether this product may work.
How Does SnoreLess Pillow Work
Firstly let’s look at what causes snoring and if GERD has an influence on it.
There are many causes for snoring.
One of these causes is relaxation of muscle and tissue in the throat when we sleep. The tongue may relax and gravity may move it backwards. Loose tissue forms around the throat and neck. The tongue may also slide back towards your throat. This restricts and air passing through your airways. Consequently these relaxed tissues vibrate and make a noise. The result is snoring.
The primary cause of acid reflux is the backup of acid within the stomach and esophagus. It is generally associated with a sour or bitter taste in the mouth. It usually happens within 30 to 60 minutes of eating.
You may often get a backup of acid hours after eating. If you do you may suffer symptoms after going to bed. This is caused because you are lying down. This allows acid and undigested food particles to back up through the airway. As a result, your breathing is impaired and you snore.
The SnoreLess pillow is designed to position your jaw slightly forward and help to keep your airway open. The company tells us:
The SNORELESS pillow is designed with a reinforced head and neck roll causing the throat to open the airway passage.
It also tells us that the pillow will work whether you sleep on your back or on your side.
One study has shown that using a pillow to change your head position may help alleviate snoring. This study was small, conducted on 22 people.
This product may raise your head above your feet. This may prevent the backflow of stomach acids irritating your throat. It may therefore stop you snoring.
Many people move around a lot when they sleep so it may be that this pillow will not be effective.
The company also tells us that:
Researchers have found that habitual snoring is related to excessive daytime sleepiness, falling asleep involuntarily during the day, waking up unrefreshed, daytime fatigue, and dry mouth on awakening.
If this pillow helps to eliminate snoring it may help you feel more energised during the day.
One other thing the company tells us is that the pillow is ergonomically correct. It positions the head and neck to improve alignment. This in turn may help reduce snoring and may also help with obstructive sleep apnea.
It may help keep your chin off your chest. Sleep apnea may be helped by changing posture. This means lying on your side, with the correct level of pillow.

SnoreLess Pillow Review: Final Words
Neither snoring or acid reflux are pleasant to live with. This product may help relieve both at the same time.
The product appears to be safe, comfortable and risk free. It is suitable for people that may not use other more invasive anti snoring devices.
It may also be suitable for younger people. Most anti snoring devices are designed for adults over the age of 18. Snoring is not restricted just to adults, children snore too.
The price may be too high for some. But when you take into account the fact that it may last you years it may actually save you money if it works. Most other anti snoring devices need to be replaced on a regular basis.
