Instant Immunity by Instant Brands is a capsule-form supplement with a long ingredients list formulated to support immune health and function.

It features two special blends (herbal and mushroom) and is marketed as “30 times more effective” than other similar supplements (however, this is a vague claim).

About Instant Brands

Instant Immunity is made by Instant Brands, (sold on Amazon and the Instant Brands official site), who also sells digestive supplements, female health supplements, mood, hair/skin/nails, vision, energy, and oral health supplements.

Instant Brands are a USA-based company that has been around since 2008 but are not (as far as we know) the same brand, or are associated with Instant Brands Inc. (the company behind the Instant Pot).

We were interested to see that the ingredients list is almost identical to another supplement called Immune Support by Vita Balance Inc.

However, we couldn’t find any link between the two companies.

Instant Immunity supplies an overall amount for the proprietary blend (1544mg) but does not supply the amounts of each ingredient.

This is unfortunate because it’s tough to assess how effective or suitable the supplement is when we don’t know how much of the most desired nutrients we are getting.

For example, we have no idea how much of the very popular Vitamin C is present, nor do we know how much Graviola ¹ is included (unfortunate as Graviola can be harmful in certain dosages).

What are Potent Absorb Caps?

The ingredients are encased in “potent absorb caps”.

These capsules are designed to hold more active ingredients, releases the ingredients more slowly, and preserves the potency.

They protect the active ingredients by stopping air and moisture from corrupting them.

Instant Immunity works by packing the body with a range of antioxidants that fight free radicals and stops them from attacking cells (including immune cells).

What’s more, Beta-Glucans stimulate immune cells so they can more effectively find and kill pathogens such as viruses and bacteria.

There are no immediately concerning ingredients in Instant Immunity, aside from Graviola which can lead to brain-related issues such as Parkinson’s.

However, we don’t know how much Graviola is in each dose.

While we can only assume that the levels are within safe guidelines, don’t take Instant Immunity if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have Parkinson’s disease.

What’s more, while Burdock root is generally considered safe to take, pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid it.

We didn’t come across many Instant Immunity customer reviews describing side effects, but we did find this vague comment:

“The first pill made me sick. I took no other.”

However, without any other information (such as specific side-effects, diet, existing conditions, allergies, etc.) it’s hard to take this into consideration.

These opinions mostly stem from the fact that the exact formula isn’t described, for example:

“It’s a blend formula. You have no idea of the amounts of these 20 ingredients. Fools buy.”

However, Amazon shows a more mixed bag.
