This was the worst product I have ever used! My face became red and puffy, and it had a bumpy, cottage cheese feel to it. Took a while to get back to normal. I would not recommend it at all. The only reason I gave it a star is because of Amazon’s excellent shipping practices. Caution anyone who is thinking of purchasing this product!

Julia J writes on Highya:

I started using DermaSet back in April this year, and I haven’t stopped using it ever since. I already see so many improvements since April, and I had smile lines, but really deep ones and this cream is the only one that helped me erase them. I am 58, and this product is the best one I’ve used so far!

Sherran F says she would recommend DermaSet.

Here are her thoughts on Highya:

I am 74 years old, so of course, I have wrinkles. I don’t usually get involved with this kind of thing, but decided I would give this one a whirl. I have been using DermaSet for a few months now and feel like I am noticing a change in my skin. The lines are a little thinner, and my skin seems to be smoother. Yes, l would recommend DermaSet.

What about the negative ones?

Kitty S Francis wrote on Amazon:

I paid the outrageous price for this product after reading all do the positive reviews. I was excited. However, I was very disappointed with the outcome. I use the entire tube, giving it a chance to work as promised. I was not expecting a miracle makeover, just improvement.

This product did not work for me at all! I do not feel that it is anywhere near worth the price. It was not even a good moisturizer. It dried my skin out and I would sometimes I would get a small rash if I used too much accidentally. I am not trying to be negative. I am just truthful so think twice before paying this outrageous amount.

Kim Looney was disappointed.

She wrote in Dietsinreview:

This company is deceptive. I am very disgusted with the way this company does business. They say it’s a 30-day trial but send you a regular size, so you have to return what you don’t use within a certain time frame or be charged for the regular size which is $179.00! If you send it back, you must have a special processing number. It is so misleading! Don’t order!

2 Replies to DermaSet Review: Does It Really Work?

  1. Thank you for your review. I have been using DermaSet one year, wow it has been truly an amazing change in my skin and texture of it! Please keep the reviews coming with positive and negative for this is how we all know how to make the best choices!

  2. I recently purchased dermaset anti aging serum and eye roller ball. Their website said there was a money back guarantee. By purchasing a double set there was a big discount. In fact most all their products offered a discounted price. I paid over $300.00 for two tubs of the cream and 2 eye roller balls. Crazy I know! After using the products for about a week my skin became increasingly dryer and more wrinkled looking. My eye area became red and swollen. I looked years older instead of the younger looking skin I was supposed to be seeing. I contacted the company and they refused to give me a refund. Not only on the products I had opened but also on the unopened products. They said if I read the return policy it states any opened container is none refundable and any discounted product is unrefundable. That means if you try the product and don’t like it you can’t get your money back and if you are foolish enough to buy larger quantities to get the discount then none of those products are refundable even though they haven’t been opened. In other words, their whole website is a big scam. The satisfaction guaranteed and money back guarantee was clearly stated above all their products and all offered a discount which according to their return policy makes everything nonrefundable. They lied on their promotion. Now I am stuck with over $300.00 of products I can’t use and my skin is a mess.
