How Does Active Stem Work?

stem cell supplement

Stem cell research has been ongoing for some years.

Adult stem cells exist throughout the body after embryonic development.

  • They are found inside different types of tissue.
  • They have been found in tissues such as the brain, bone marrow, blood, blood vessels, skeletal muscles, skin, and the liver.
  • They can generate replacements for cells that are lost through normal wear and tear, injury, or disease.

The company claims that this product is a cutting edge blend of 5 powerful ingredients which, in clinical studies, have been shown to increase adult stem cell proliferation in vitro.

There is one study that has shown that nutrients can act to promote healing via an interaction with stem cells. This was however conducted in vitro i.e. in a test tube or outside a living organism.

There appear to have been no clinical tests as to whether the ingredients in this product may affect stem cells within the human body.

The clinical evidence referenced on the company website shows the benefits of some of the ingredients. There does not appear to be evidence that this supplement will provide stem cell-related benefits in humans.

Active Stem Side Effects

The company advise that this product is safe to use and produces no known side-effects.

As with any dietary supplement it is advisable to check with your doctor before taking it.

  1. Thank you for for trying to provide as much information as you can about these dubious supplements, which can sometimes do you more harm than good.

  2. This doctor performs the usual trick of spouting on his video for probably 20 minutes before getting to the point. This technique is always suspicious

  3. I am a healthy 65 year old and I take lots of supplements (which I individually try) and I live a healthy life style. I am very in tune with my body’s reactions. I tried the product for 6 months. I found that it helped my physiology and made me feel more alert, more calm and stronger.

  4. if this product is not clinically proven then why is it on the market? what is taking them this long to not have it proven. i just received this product and i am going to give it a try for mental health and physical reasons. i am 59 years old…i will get back to you in a month

    1. No vitamin on the market is FDA approved so it’s very hard to know if you are actually getting what they say in any brand of vitamins, probiotics, nutritional powders, etc on the market. There have been so many studies that have found famous brands of vitamins didn’t carry the vitamin it claimed or even remotely close to the milligrams it claims. Since this industry has taken off and multi-billion dollar industry, there seems to be more places investigating brands & their claims. With that said. I did buy this quite a few years ago. I bought the 6 pack powder form and wasn’t even close to religiously taking it but I have to admit, I did feel better when I did. I felt more energetic & alert with less brain fog without being jittery. I would have taken it more often if it wasn’t such a hassle to take. You need to mix the powder with 16 ounces of water or drink of choice. This stuff does not dissolve easily at all so I would find myself chugging it down with clumps of it and it would stick to the sides of the glass. It was better when I made smoothies in a blender but that isn’t a daily occurrence for me so if it wasn’t for the powder not dissolving I would have taken it more often. I used to be really into taking supplements & vitamins until I researched & woke up realizing I was blowing alot of money on products based on what someone was selling or what the product promised. They have since come out with a pill form in this but I have no clue if it would work the same as the powder or not but I would try that again before the powder. I’m just a customer who bought this on a whim years ago so I can only give my advice based on my personal experience. Alot of things I’ve tried didn’t do anything but I will give credit to this stuff because I did feel better when I took it. I hope this helps.

  5. I have just started this product a couple of days ago and I feel like it’s given me a little bit more energy during my day. I’m hopeful that it works 🙂
